At this time, we can only hand-deliver our planters that include an Alè-curated plant locally in the Los Angeles area. Any ceramics shipped via delivery services will only include the planter.

Although the interior and exterior is glazed and water resistant, we recommend handling with caution. If dirty, carefully clean with warm soapy water and microfiber cloth. Use microfiber cloth to remove dust.

We update our listings as products are made, meaning many of our offerings do not maintain regular inventory unless explicitly stated on the listing. If an item is available for purchase, it will be ready for you to add to your cart without the 'sold out' label.

Please report damages with accompanying photos / videos within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess whether the item qualifies for repair or replacement.
