Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 days, sometimes more depending on a variety of factors. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Our small-batch and one-of-a-kind pieces are created by hand at a steady rhythm throughout the year. To stay up to date on on upcoming drops, please follow us on instagram and sign up for our newsletter.
All of our pieces are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item. On pots listed without a quantity option it should appear as pictured.

At this time, we can only hand-deliver our planters that include an Alè-curated plant locally in the Los Angeles area. Any ceramics shipped via delivery services will only include the planter.

Not at this time. We would be happy to consider custom quantity orders in the range of 5-10 pieces.

Please note that all sales are final. In the unfortunate event of transit damage or defective parts, kindly retain all original packaging and promptly document any issues upon delivery. Please report damages with accompanying photos within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess whether the item qualifies for repair or replacement. If neither option is feasible, a refund may be considered.

All glazes are food-safe. While glazed pieces will survive a dishwasher, it is recommended to hand-wash each item.
