Returns and Exchanges

All purchases, including custom orders and samples, are non-refundable. Once we've started producing your order, it can't be altered or canceled. If you receive an item that's been damaged during shipping or has defective parts, please keep all the original packaging intact. Document any damage as soon as you get the item. You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos. Alè will then review the situation to determine if the item qualifies for repair or replacement. We'll only consider a refund if we're unable to repair or replace the item.
